Weekly Newsletter - 3/26/23

It's Sunday funday at my house and I'm here to share this week's favorite recipe + my lineup for women in business that I love.

Every single Sunday we make some kind of bars for the week for me to enjoy with my coffee in the morning. Bella (my 10 year old!) also loves to make something healthy for herself for breakfast for the upcoming week. Here's what we made last Sunday that we actually both really enjoyed. These peanut butter + banana energy bars from bowlofdelicious.com. I love a lot of her recipes because they are quick, delicious, + most often a short list of ingredients. I love these but with a cup of coffee, these are even more delicious. I highly recommend them!

Celebrating Women's History Month, here are some of my favorite places to shop, work with, and support. All are owned by women that I think make a memorable contribution to the community!

Home Malone - All of your New Orleans needs will be met by shopping Kristin's site or visiting one of her two locations in New Orleans.

Big White Yeti - Need a "date night" candle for when you're cooking in rather than dining out? Love Katie's candles so much for this reason alone!

Eco Evie - Kelly has created a line of clothing that her environment + wild life loving daughter is a significant part of. They bring autism awareness to a whole new level!

Oak and Elizabeth - The best body scrubs (thank you, Becky!) and the most clean packaging. It is one of my favorite skin care lines to gift self + everyone else.

Mid Century Meow - Mid century modern everything, all curated for you to decorate your house + office.

Fresh Life Marketing - Content creation + life-long cheerleader that takes

Nourish Natural Products - Jamie

Covered Bridge Crafts - Anna has combined fashion + warmth to cover your head and my family loves wearing her hats.

TFD Solutions - Kristen helps women make the shift into priority + productivity after acknowledging burnout.

UPLEVEL - Christie will help you find and ignite your highest self.

Kitty Meow (online!) Boutique - Cat has greeting cards that offer both incredible wit + a sweet way of saying hello.

Whatever you're up to, let me know if you end up checking out any of these woman-owned businesses. I'd love to know what you loved about them too!

Much light + love,

Maria
