Infinite Warrior, Inc. values the quality of our product, and we’re happy to offer a lifetime warranty to our entire tribe. The expense of the repair itself is provided to you - for life, at no expense to you other than shipping to + from. Please allow time for this to transpire.
RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS: The information provided at checkout will be the address, email, + phone number used to contact you and return your item(s) back unless provided differently in the order notes.
SIZE: If you do not know the size of your bracelet, the location where you purchased is very helpful for us to determine what it was.
ADDING ORDER NOTES: See second product picture to find where to add order notes. Before proceeding to checkout, you will be able to provide notes to us when viewing your cart (option provided under subtotal) if you have any extra information to provide.
After you have completed this purchase, we will reach out via email with envelope/box requirements + an address for you to ship your item(s) to.
If you do not see an email after purchase, please check your junk/promotion mail folder since some of our customers have seen it go into these.
You will have two weeks after completing your purchase to send in your repair. If after two weeks we have not received your repair, we will issue you a refund.
NOTE: This purchase covers return shipping only ($4.50) once it is repaired. You are responsible for shipping to Infinite Warrior. If bracelet has broken, at least half of the beads must be provided. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns. Bracelet must be the Infinite Warrior brand.
