Turquoise Crystal - December Birthstone

Turquoise is a purification stone that is known to help prevent panic attacks. The stone is a symbol friendship that also encourages romantic love. This crystal helps boost your immune system, reduce inflammation, all while healing your whole body. 

The stone helps balance + heal your heart, throat, and third eye chakra. It's associated with the Scorpio, Sagittarius, Aquarius, + Pisces zodiacs. The crystal is great for instilling the inner calm + stabilizing mood swings. 

Many people are intuitively drawn to this stone as it offers purification, serenity, protection, positive thinking, wisdom, + balance. 

Turquoise soothes sore throats, heals the eyes, neutralizes over-acidity, gout, gut health, + overall pain. 

I'm definitely one of those people that gravitates towards turquoise during this time of year. I think that I'm intuitively gravitating towards something that will protect me when everyone around me is getting sick.
